We promote positive behaviour through gentle guidance, teaching respect, cooperation, and problem-solving. We avoid corporal punishment, isolation, and denial of necessities.

Parents must notify us of suspected illnesses. Children with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious diseases must stay home until symptom-free for 24 hours. Follow Ministry of Health guidelines for safe return.

Children are supervised at all times: indoors, outdoors, during meals, and naps. Outdoor play is monitored, and contact info is always available for emergencies.

Medication is only administered with written authorization. Prescription and non-prescription medications must be labeled and provided in original packaging. Emergency medications are stored safely and accessible.

Parents complete an Emergency Contact form. Updates are required as changes occur. For late pickups, intoxicated caregivers, or other emergencies, appropriate authorities may be contacted.

Children’s personal information is confidential, shared only with authorized staff or authorities in emergencies. Ministry of Education guidelines are followed for record-keeping.

Parents must pay monthly fees on time. Late fees apply. One month’s notice is required for termination. Non-compliance with policies or unsafe behavior may result in termination.
